Clashes
She spots the double booking before you are in it, and suggests the fix.
Protected time
Pickup, the gym, date night. She keeps them clear and warns you when something lands on one.
Finding a time
She finds times that work, drafts the message, and sends it when you say yes.
Private stays private
Other people hear free or busy, never why.

She tells you what she would move or send, and why, and leaves the call to you.

Act with your OK
She gets it ready and waits. Nothing is booked or sent until you say yes.

Act within your limits
Inside a daily limit you set, she adds and moves her own holds and tells you what she did.
You raise each one yourself, one at a time, in the app. Cally can suggest she is ready. She can never raise her own.
A change to anything with other people on it always needs your OK, at every level.

- Delete your email or your contacts
- Delete an event she did not make
- Tell anyone what your private appointments are
- Message other people during your quiet hours
