No per-seat pricing. No usage caps. No surprise bills. Reggie, Cally and Otto are $50 a month each, and that covers the setup, the connections and the monitoring, not just the software. Lea, the AI property manager, is $250 a month. Reggie, Cally and Otto each start with a 14 day trial: the first charge is on day 15, and if you cancel before then you are never charged. Anything else we build around your business, priced on inquiry.

Every plan starts with a 14 day trial. You add a card to start it, the first charge of $50 plus any sales tax is on day 15, and if you cancel before then you are never charged.
There is no separate implementation fee. The assessment, the system we build, the integrations, the monitoring and the people who look after it are all the monthly price.
