Campaigns to your customer list, sent in managed batches

The agent writes the campaign and handles the sending, in batches, and it does not send anything you have not seen.

What the agent does

  • Build and send campaigns to your customer list in managed batches
  • Draft it, hold it for approval, never send unprompted
  • Send a price list or promotion to your customer base in managed batches
  • Hold every send for approval, and never send on its own
  • Report what went out and who replied
  • Turn a real job photo into a finished post

Approval is not optional

Every send is held for approval. The agent drafts, you read it, and only then does it go. There is no mode where it decides on its own that today is a good day to email your customers.

Batches, not blasts

Sending happens in managed batches rather than all at once. Sending a whole list in one burst is how a sender reputation gets damaged, and it is the kind of mistake that is expensive to undo.

You find out what happened

After a campaign the agent reports what went out and who replied, so the follow-up is a conversation rather than an export.

Questions

What owners ask first.

No. Every send is held for approval and it never sends unprompted. That is a hard rule, not a setting that can drift.
